Today we stepped away from the bar to focus on something that matters just as much as what’s in the glass... our team. Our staff training day was all about refining our service, strengthening communication, and making sure every guest experience is seamless from the moment you walk through the door. We worked on everything from reading the room and anticipating needs to improving teamwork during busy shifts and handling challenges with confidence and care. Of course, we also spent some time tasting and learning about our wine list 🍷🥂 not just to expand our knowledge, but to better guide conversations and make thoughtful recommendations. But at its core, the day was about hospitality. Great service doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intention, practice, and a team that’s committed to constantly improving.
